Jesus came to seek and save the lost, and we feel compelled to do the same.  Jesus went beyond rescuing people from hell; He gave tools and teaching for us to live victoriously on earth with heaven in sight. At Immanuel Church, we provide various ministries that introduce people to Christ and help them be transformed into His image. We have what it takes to grow in faith, live obediently, and become conformed to His character.  As our lives are changed we can use the gifts and talents we have for the expansion of the Kingdom of God! That's exciting!

OUR STRATEGY

Target One

We will target the multi-ethnic, multi-cultural City of Calgary, to share our victorious lives in Christ Jesus with a people in need of a Savior.

Target Two

We will dedicate our energy and resources to developing a healing oasis in the centre of Calgary, while being empowered to be living witnesses of Christ's resurrection power in every situation.

Target Three

We will minister to people of diverse backgrounds, uniting them in Kingdom purpose, through the sharing of the Gospel and the demonstration of practical, active love.

We believe that lost people matter to God, and therefore, ought to matter to the people of Immanuel.

We believe that Immanuel should be culturally relevant while maintaining historically accurate doctrine.

We believe that the people of Immanuel should manifest authenticity and yearn for continuous growth.
